Calculating your Order Cost in Foreign Currency
All prices on our site are in Canadian dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general will match very closely with going exchange rates.

Exchanges & Returns
Crème de la Crème will provide a free exchange or issue a full refund for all non-sale items received within 30 days of when the items were shipped, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects. For exchanges, you may still return the item within 30 days of when you received exchanged item. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on sale items, handbags, bathing suits, jewelry, undergarments, or shoes.

All sale items are final sale. Please make your choice carefully when selecting sale merchandise.

Return Address
All domestic (Canada & US) orders ship with PREPAID return mailing labels. To ship an item back to Crème de la Crème, simply pack your item and invoice into a Canada Post bag/box and affix the prepaid mailing label. To mail your package, you can drop it in a mail drop box or drop it at the mail counter of your local Post Office. Please indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item. For exchanges, please indicate the desired model/size.
